Welcome to The Oaks Resident Page. We are delighted that you have chosen our community as your home!
The Oaks provides independent living in a maintenance-free environment. This allows you to devote your time and energy to pursuing your personal interests and spending time with other residents, family, and friends. We regularly sponsor programs and activities that help make community living both easy and enjoyable. Notices of these programs are posted on our community bulletin boards. We also regularly provide information on services and activities to you through the Oak Park Township Senior Services, The Oak Park Library, and the Village of Oak Park.
The Oaks is locate within walking distance to public transportation, Pete’s Foods, the Harrison Arts District and the several commercial districts where you can find shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. We encourage you to explore all that Oak Park has to offer.
The Oaks Management Office and Staff
The management office is located on the first floor. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. The office phone number is (708) 386-5812. A 24 hour, seven days a week answering service will answer the phone when staff is not available or when the office is closed.
Please feel free to contact your management staff with any questions or concerns you may have regarding the building, health and safety issues, our management policies, maintenance and work orders, your lease, your annual recertification, unit inspections, building activities, and events. We welcome your communication, comments, and insights and together we can make The Oaks a thriving and vibrant community.
