The Farrelly-Muriello Apartments is a 3-story building located at 435 South Humphrey. It is designed and constructed to meet the housing needs of severely mobility impaired individuals who are able to live independently. This elevator building offers 21 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment is fully ADA compliant and is equipped with modern safety systems. The ground floor includes laundry facilities, and a community room and off-street parking is readily available. A Resident Manager is on site and A Service Coordinator is available to assist residents with their social service needs.
