ROSS PROPGRAM SERVICE COORDINATOR (RPSC) – MILLS PARK TOWER
Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our outstanding team in the management of Mills Park Tower, a 19-story, independent living building for seniors. The right candidate will have previous experience in coordinating educational events and services for seniors related to healthcare, nutrition and wellness, exercise, digital and computer literacy, transportation, financial literacy, self-sufficiency, opportunities for volunteering and mentoring, and providing needs assessment, case management, intake, education, and referrals. The RPSC is responsible for coordinating such services and programs for Mills Park Tower residents provided by local and partner agencies, and for the detailed recordkeeping, documentation, and HUD reporting on all programs and resident participation.
They will be well-organized, energetic, able to work both independently and collaboratively, possess a strong work ethic and committed to OPRC’s core values of quality, diversity, affordability, and efficiency.

PROPERTY ASSISTANT/CLEANER – MILLS PARK TOWER
Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) is seeking an experienced Property Assistant/Cleaner to join our outstanding team in the management of Mills Park Tower, a 19-story, independent living building for seniors. The right candidate will have previous experience in commercial cleaning and property upkeep, including lawn care. They will also have comprehensive knowledge in methods, products, and tools used in building cleaning and sanitation, including cleaning of vacant units in preparation for rental. They will be well-organized, energetic, able to take direction and work independently, possess a strong work ethic and solid oral and written communication skills.
