Mills Park Tower (MPT) is a 19-story building located near downtown Oak Park and adjacent to beautiful Mills Park. It provides 198 one-bedroom apartments for senior individuals who are able to live independently. The renovated ground floor contains laundry facilities, a community room, computer lab, and a library. Onsite staff includes Property Management, Assistant Property Manager, Administrative Assistant, Maintenance Person, Property Assistant/Cleaner and a Service Coordinator to assist residents with their social service needs.

The Mills Park Tower Waiting List will be temporarily closed from 8:30 am on Friday, March 4, 2024 to 5:00 pm on Friday, March 15, 2024. We apologize for the inconvenience. The OPHA uses a local residency (live or work) preference when servicing applicants from its waiting list. To receive a pre-application, please contact our property management office at 708-386-7536.
