Housing For Persons With Disabilities

The Farrelly-Muriello Apartments, owned and operated by the Oak Park Residence Corporation, is specifically designed to serve low-income, individuals who are mobility impaired.

Income qualified residents pay a portion of the full rental cost (based on 30% of the tenant’s adjusted income) and Federal rent subsidies cover the balance of the rent. This building maintains its own waiting list.
