Elderly & Disabled Housing

The Oak Park Housing Authority (OPHA) and its affiliate, the Oak Park Residence Corporation, own and operate 3 apartment buildings that serve low-income, elderly and disabled individuals.

Income qualified residents pay a portion of the full rental cost (based on 30% of the tenant’s adjusted income) and Federal rent subsidies cover the balance of the rent. Each building maintains a separate waiting list.
